THIS COURSE WILL BEGIN IN MAY and WILL FINISH IN SEPTEMBER 2026.

We will host two sessions in May and two in early September.

There will not be any sessions in June to facilitate our post primary colleagues' attendance.

In the two May sessions we will cover the core concepts and practice in nurture, in addition to planning for nurture in your school.
This will help you prepare for September and for setting up nurture practice in your nurture rooms, spaces, or classrooms.
We will be able to help with all of the questions you may have about how to begin your nurture practice, how to take over from a colleague leaving, how to spread nurture practice to your mainstream classes, or any other questions you may have.
Then, in the two sessions in September, we will cover the neuroscience and attachment theory underpinning nurture practice, as well as assessing for nurture needs. This will work perfectly for you, as you will not begin formal assessments for nurture needs until the end of September at the earliest. So, the assessment session will be fresh in your minds as you begin assessing.
